AI webinar
In order to keep our researcher up to speed with the latest research techniques, we held or first "hot-topic" webinar in August 2024, focusing on the usage of artificial intelligence (AI) techniques in research and healthcare.
Our two speakers were POI researcher Dr. Luis Iglesias Martinez, who gave an overview of how biologists could begin to integrate AI techniques into their research workflow, followed by Dr. Brendan Kelly (Insight Centre, UCD) who highlighted ongoing developments in the usage of AI in radiology.
This is a topic that has become of great importance lately and we're very grateful to have two speakers who already utilise these powerful techniques in their work.
We'd also like to thank Dr. Vadim Zhernovkov, who also works within this field, for serving as an expert moderator.
